The AASA is Arizona’s statewide achievement test for students in Grades 3-8. This important assessment helps us evaluate student progress and growth while providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of our educational programs.
AASA testing has started.
Here are a few ways you can support your child for the assessments:
Make sure your child comes to school every day, on time, and ready to take their tests.
Encourage your child to get a full 8–10 hours of sleep each night to support their health and learning.
Make sure your child has a healthy breakfast every morning. Students enrolled in the Roosevelt School District receive one free breakfast each day.🍎Click the Breakfast Times link to check your child’s school breakfast time : School Breakfast Times
We encourage you to avoid checking your child out of school early. Once students begin a test, they are not able to pause and return to it later, which may negatively impact their score.
Reassure your child that you believe in their abilities and are proud of their effort.
